The Business Tourism Company supports local artisans and entrepreneurs, who are working towards self-sufficiency and economic independence, by sourcing quality products for gifts marketed on a ‘fair trade’ basis whereby the artisans receive the respect, dignity and hope that comes from working hard and earning fair value for their work.

Our range of gifts, which will soon be listed on the website, have been sourced to ensure quality and reliability of delivery to our clients. The sales of these products are the only source of income to the community and it is our mission to empower the artisans and help alleviate poverty by providing them with a regular income through the marketing of their artworks and gifts.

• Home based care for AIDS sufferers
• Education amongst the youth for AIDS prevention
• Provision of nutrition and equipment for four pre-schools
